Our holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 1 Double, 2 Twins and sleeps 6 (+2 infants) Parking is right next to the van in an allocated space so no carrying luggage long distances. It also has a dishwasher and washing machine should you wish to use these during your stay. 

We include Washing tablets, Dishwasher tablets, Washing up liquid and sponge, Tea towel, Some kitchen cupboard essentials, Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Hand wash in both bathrooms. 

Passes & bed linen are included on all our breaks 

**Please note although we do not allow guests to bring pets, our van is not pet free and unsuitable for any guests with an allergy to dogs**

Check-in begins at 14:00.

You will be asked to check-out before 10:00.

In the living area there is an L shaped sofa with a matching freestanding chair, a TV unit with 32" TV/DVD, an electric fire within a surround and mirror hanging above completes the look. A small bluetooth control panel is also found to the left of the mirror, here you can connect your phone, the TV or listen to the DAB radio through the integrate ceiling speakers.

In the kitchen there is a freestanding table with 4 dining chairs, to the one side you have the kettle with tea, coffee and sugar in canisters, 4 cupboards & drawers with ample storage containing pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, the hob with extractor is also located here. the Integrated microwave can be found at the end of the worktop next to the integrated oven and grill with a further 2 drawers beneath and a cupboard to either side. In the left cupboard you will find a selection of cupboard essentials you are welcome to use. Next you have the full size 7ft Fridge Freezer. 
Lastly you have the integrated washing machine, sink with cupboard underneath here you will find a selection of cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and fabric softener for you to use and lastly the dishwasher. The Tassimo coffee machine and toaster are also on this side. 

In the hall you have 2 tiers of coat hooks (we have put up a lower set for the smaller guests!) a small boiler cupboard containing the mop, broom, hoover, airer and pegs. 

The first bedroom on the left in the master bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedside tables with a drawer, a 32" TV/DVD attached to the wall, mirror with hairdryer and straighteners, a double wardrobe complete with ample buckets/spaces/armbands/goggles etc for the children, leading into the ensuite with Toilet, Wash basin with hand soap, mirror and shaving point. 

To the first right is the family bathroom with the shower with sliding door, toilet, Wash basin with hand soap with storage underneath, a mirror with additional storage to the side. We also provide a bath mat. 

The 2 twin rooms are off to the left and right at the rear of the holiday home, both contain twin single beds, a single wardrobe and a 22" TV mounted on the wall. The bedroom to the left also stores the travel cot and high chair when not in use under the bed.

To the front of the holiday home is an enclosed veranda with an L shaped rattan sofa and glass top table. There is also a patio area to the side of the holiday home
