By booking with us you agree to our Terms and conditions of booking
1. A £100 holding deposit is required to secure your date – should you cancel your break with us it may be transferred once to another date of your choice, provided it is available. It is non-refundable should you cancel for any reason.
Your holiday balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the start date. Should you cancel after this date no refund will be given on any monies paid (other than damage bond – see below)
We also take an additional £50 on top of your holiday cost which is held until the check-out inspection is done and if satisfactory will be returned within 7 days.
We highly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover you for any eventualities that may cause you financial loss.
2. The van will be cleaned prior to your arrival – should you have any problems or concerned about any damage they must be reported asap to myself via our Facebook page (Here) or Email us havencaravanjones@gmail.com so that we can report them back to our cleaners – you will be liable for any damage or problems not reported
3. Upon checkout please ensure you leave the holiday home as you found it – an additional cleaning fee of £10 will be deducted from your deposit should our cleaner need to spend more than the allocated time cleaning the van – this includes all washing up done (dishes do not need to be put away) and bins to have been emptied and waste disposed of in the outside bins.
4. Any items left in the holiday home will be disposed of as we see fit unless claimed within 24 hours
5. Any damage will be charged at Havens repair rate – a quote will be provided along with the invoice and is payable within 7 days if not covered by the deposit
6. No smoking or pets are allowed within any holiday home on site at Burnham On Sea – should it be found during your stay either has occurred security have the right to ask you to leave the site and no refund will be given.
7. It’s only the people on the booking confirmation who can use our caravan holiday homes, facilities and pitches. So please check this as soon as you receive it, and make sure you tell us if any of the details of your booking change after you’ve booked.
The total number of people coming with you (including children and babies) mustn’t be more than the capacity of your caravan holiday home (Which is 8). Because if you do go over the maximum number, Haven will unfortunately have to turn away any extra people at check-in.
We want our holidays to be enjoyable for all of our guests. So we may turn down some bookings – for example, from people we think might spoil things for other guests. And if you come to the park and you’re unruly or antisocial, security will tell you to leave the park immediately, with no refund.
8. Whilst Haven are working on ways we can help your hybrid charge your cars while you’re staying with us, please do not use the caravan holiday home electricity to do this.
9. We hope you’ll have such a great time at our holiday home that you don’t want to leave. But if you do end up going home early, we won’t normally offer you a refund.
