Our holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 1 Double, 2 Twins and sleeps 6 (+2 infants) Parking is right next to the van in a 2 allocated spaces so no carrying luggage long distances. It also has a dishwasher and washer/drier should you wish to use these during your stay. 

We include Washing tablets, Dishwasher tablets, Washing up liquid and sponge, Tea towel, Some kitchen cupboard essentials, Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Hand wash in both bathrooms. 

Passes & bed linen are included on all our breaks 

**Please note although we do not allow guests to bring pets, our van is not pet free and unsuitable for any guests with an allergy to dogs**

Check-in begins at 14:00.

You will be asked to check-out before 10:00.

You'll find this beautiful Platinum grade holiday home packed full of everything you need to enjoy your stay! 

In the living area you'll find a large comfortable sofa with 2 chairs, 2 foot stalls, a wall mounted TV and DVD player, an electric fireplace and a mirror above the sofa. 
The dining area features a freestanding table with 4 chairs and a breakfast bar with additional seating. 
The U shape kitchen includes an oven, grill hob with extractor, a dishwasher and washer drier, a full size fridge freezer and the boiler cupboard also contains a freestanding airer 

Through to the hall on the left you'll find the first of the twin bedrooms, with a single wardrobe and overbed storage

To the right is the family bathroom with a bath, with shower over, a toilet, wash basin and storage 

Next to the left is the 2nd twin bedroom again with a single wardrobe again with over bed storage - beds can be make into a double or stay as 2 singles

To the rear of the van is a double master bedroom with 2 bedside tables, a double wardrobe , chest of draws, mirrored dressing area and overhead cupboard storage. Leading off to the left is the ensuite which features a shower, toilet and wash basin and mirrored storage cupboard

With a front and side veranda, complete with furniture to both parts you'll also find a gate with steps down to the parking and one to the rear down to a patio area.
